Compared with other ink varieties, pre-printing ink requirements have the following characteristics:
1. High temperature resistance
Web pre-printing processing technology is the first face paper printing, in the pre-printing press is used before putting after receiving, printing finished products still maintain the drum form, and will be used as processing corrugated board face paper. Then the printed products will be directly loaded to the corrugated production line, and the lining paper, corrugated paper composite processing into corrugated board.
In the process of processing into corrugated cardboard, the printing process is only one step in the processing, printing products can only be regarded as semi-finished products, but also into the next process for further processing. In the process of corrugated board production, in order to make the adhesive in corrugated board thoroughly dry, must go through high temperature drying. At present, the drying temperature of the tile line is basically above 160℃, and the drying temperature of some high-speed tile lines is even more than 200℃. In this process, it is required that the ink color of the pre-printed pattern cannot change. Therefore, the pre-printing ink must have better high temperature resistance.
2. The friction resistance
Pre-printing is just a processing process, printing finished products but also on the tile line. In the secondary processing process of tile line, the friction between paper and equipment is inevitable, and the printed pattern must not be worn or even rubbed off. Therefore, pre - printing technology for ink friction resistance also put forward new requirements.
Before mixing ink, the most important process is to analyze the manuscript. In the analysis of the color draft, mainly on the color draft and the ink used for analysis, the general principle should be followed is: three primary colors are the basic color of all ink, no matter how complex the color, no matter how the change, always beyond the range of three primary colors. In the analysis of the color draft, we should try to figure out whether the color draft is based on network line printing or field printing. If the network line printing, in the deployment of ink should focus on the same background color; If the field printing is mainly used, the deployment can focus on the same face; If both, then the deployment of ink background and complexion will have to take into account.
After the analysis of the color draft, to analyze the color of the ink, that is, for any kind of ink, to be good at seeing the color components. For example: yellow ink, to be good at identifying it is red phase or blue phase (or green phase); For magenta ink, be good at identifying it is with yellow phase or blue phase (or purple phase); For green ink, be good at identifying it is red phase or green phase (or yellow phase).
